Baby Changing Table - 2006
Task: Concept design of a new baby changing table. The table is made of cast plastic and backed-up by aluminium arms as a chassis. In open-position, the baby-changing area incorporates a disposable paper towel roll slot and a retractable belt. Locking the door is made simple by using magnets.
The simplistic, durable and self-slowed opening system does not require any strings, pneumatics or complex systems.
The table is mounted on a metallic tube, fixed at both ends to the floor and ceiling/or wall. This configuration allows the table to be mounted against a flat wall as much as a corner, curve or smaller spaces
